Truly amazing food, one of the best meat locations in Manchester. The meat quality was great and perfectly cooked, the portions were very generous and all ingredients really tasted fresh and qualitatives. The menu has many options, it's hard to make a choice.
Amazing food, we always come here when we want to have brisket as it never fails! The menu is slightly different from the last time we came, however still amazing quality of brisket. We ordered brisket burger and ribs and we couldn’t rate this enough. Very happy with the service as well as we didn’t have to wait long for the food. His professionalism and warm demeanor truly elevated the experience, making us feel welcomed and valued. The food was absolutely amazing. The burgers were perfectly crafted—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was a delight. However, the real highlight for me was the ribs. They were incredible—soft, juicy, and so tender that the meat melted in my mouth. It’s rare to find ribs this good, and they exceeded all expectations. Another pleasant surprise was the Nanco cheese, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly paired with the meal. It added a unique and indulgent touch to the experience. On top of the great food, I also loved the fact that Pitmaster offers refillable drinks. It's a simple yet thoughtful feature that enhances the overall dining experience. The restaurant itself was spotless, which is always a major plus. The cleanliness, combined with the inviting ambiance, made it a comfortable and enjoyable place to dine. Both the Loaded fries were ordered were the highlight for us! The shredded Rib pieces on top fries and Nacho cheese you can opt for different flavours which is a great concept! The Brisket also had so much flavour; just a joy to eat! We also really enjoyed the burgers! The melt burger had very soft and tender Brisket pieces and it went so well with the Peppercorn sauce; a very subtle peppery flavour. Again with this burger you can choose different flavours! Even the mac and cheese bites were so good! Probably the best we've had, so cheesy and creamy and good portion size!

Ordered the 16hr Rib with Hot BBQ sauce. Amazingly tender meat able to halve with finger. Good portion and really good taste. 10/10 rib. Cole slaw was okay.
They seriously know what they’re doing — the loaded fries and brisket are very good - some of the best I’ve ever had. Good vibes, plenty of seating, and really friendly service. They even threw in some extra fries on the house, which was such a nice touch. And trust me, you have to get a cookie — it’s good.
